A kid in a candy shop

I'm so excited. It's coming and I can barely wait.
I feel like a kid in a candy shop!

It will be here before I know it, right before my eyes.

It will be familiar, just like old times.
And it will be sweet.

When it gets here, there will be more of it than I can shake a stick at.

It will make me sing and dance and smile HAPPY all over.

I'm excited. It's coming.

I'm the kid in the candy shop
looking everywhere, wide-eyed and eager.

So do you know what it is?

Well, it's Springtime, of course!
Spring will be everywhere and it will be beautiful
and colorful and it will smell good and it will make me HAPPY!

And for us girls at Rusted Gingham, and a bunch of our friends,
Springtime means vintage/antique shoppin' time in Warrenton.
Now that is more fun than you can shake a stick at!
There's always a little something for everyone there.

You won't find us loungin' or kickin' back during Warrenton week.
We'll be shoppin' and buyin' and storing up for our November Barn Sale.

Spring Antique Shoppin'.

Here's to being a kid in a candy shop,
waiting with my nose to the window for the doors to open.

Hurry Spring.

Maybe you're planning for Warrenton too?
Let us know and maybe we can share some Royer's pie together.
(clarification: I'll share a table with you, but not my pie.)
